AbstractThe basis for ensuring a high level of reliability and safety during dynamic operations is a comprehensive experimental development of products in as close to real conditions of the application operation using mathematical and simulation modeling. The article is devoted to development of program-modeling complex methodology which is solving the problem of dynamic spacecraft operations and its means of testing.
