AbstractPropagation of Electromagnetic Wave in a Planar-Stratified Dielectric Layer Close to Zero of the Permittivity An accurate solution to the problem of a normal incidence plane wave propagation in a plane-stratified dielectric layer of arbitrary thickness close to a zero of the permittivity is studied. Computed data for the wave are presented.
