Procedure for reviewing and making a decision on publication of the paper

The journal is published from 2000. Its issuance is based on the certificate of registration of the mass media organization with the number Эл № ФС77-58560. This certificate was issued by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications on 14 July 2014. ISSN: 1727-6942.

The Higher Attestation Commission of The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has included the journal into the «List of the leading reviewed scientific journals and publications, in which the main scientific results of the theses for pursuance of Doctor of Science and Philosophy Doctor academic degrees should be published».

The previous title «Electronic journal «Trudy MAI»».

The journal publishes papers, which reflect the results of scientific research in the following main areas:

• Radio engineering and communication
• Informatics, computation engineering and management

No fees are charged for publishing the papers, which are authored by post-graduate students.
