Abstract
A photon has no proper mass-energy and frequency. ts frequency is indicated twice: when it is radiated and when it is absorbed. The measurements are coincided if and only if the radiator and the absorber do not have velocity with respect to the photon worldline. Because of it red shift, gravitational and cosmological, is a Doppler effect.Download
