The technique of monitoring the technical condition of the vacuum system by thermal imaging control

Abstract

The paper considers the main types of non-destructive testing of complex technical systems. The advantages of the thermal imaging control method are demonstrated. An algorithm for implementing the proposed technique using the thermographic camera Testo 871 is presented. The results of applying the technique for assessing the technical condition of the structural components of an experimental vacuum system using the specified method are analyzed.
