Conversion of signals in the information system of the complex tracking of moving objects

AbstractThis document describes the process of gathering information about aircrafts, its transformation into digital form. The basic methods of transformation are presented: the discrete Fourier transform, fast Fourier transform (FFT), Walsh-Fourier transform, discrete Walsh transform (DWT). On the basis of marginal analysis, it is proposed to apply the fast Walsh transform procedure in sensors. Because of its simplicity the fast Walsh transform procedure allows hardware implementation, which is capable of carrying out the conversion in real time.
