Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to develop a concept of a microsatellite for the following collection of information about the solar radiation and the solar wind at a 652 km height geostationary orbit and its further transmission to Earth, to the center of processing, study and predictions of solar activity, as well as for analyzing the efficiency of the solar sail as a spacecraft stabilization system.Keywords:
