Abstract
A comprehensive method for assessing the reliability of complex electronic systems is proposed. It develops a mathematical framework for synthesizing the entropy approach, probabilistic statistics, and small sample analysis. A mathematical framework has been developed, including formulas for calculating reliability indicators, based on a study of the Kaplan-Meier survival model, taking into account the properties of emergence. New entropy metrics have been introduced. Examples of numerical calculations based on recalculated data are provided, demonstrating the effectiveness of the approach. The results confirm the hypothesis that an accurate reliability assessment is possible even with a limited amount of data. The developed computational schemes can serve as a basis for creating applied reliability management methods taking into account the specific features of specific subject areas (aviation, space technology, radio electronics).
